When you say a legal system done, do all the laws have to be articulated? Because I felt like that was one of the things that Hart was recognizing. So there has to be some sort of common sense, the mores that underlie any given interpretation. What counts as murder? You could imagine a primitive society like, of course, all we need is the Ten Commandments.
