Large cell and pomas are more aggressive. Small, small cell, an poma, smalti cell and pomes are more indolent. Floe is nice in that can say definitively that the markers you're looking at occur on the same cell. But then we don't have every marker available by flow cytometry. So we rely on i h c for some markers as well.
