Swordfish Steaks, Is That Really Sword Fish Steak?
Caranis spent a few days in calabria, not enough. There is swordfish from about may through the summer. And how do they serve that? Well, they might serve it grilled, often, often grilled,. Often, a swordfish steak. But you will also see it in many forms, like imposta. So little pieces in a posta dish. It could be with a tomato bays sauce. Or often you see involtini, a fecespata. They take it in strips and then put lase, bread crumbs and other herbs inside, roll it up to make rolls on your plate.
