Nehemiah is giving us a good example of this throughout and I really want to take the time to land on how intense this has to be for Nehemiah. In chapter 5, you see turmoil from within, within the family of the people of Israel, from within their own walls. We see it again in chapter 6 is a call to be obedient even whenever it's also dangerous. A call to be obedience when it doesn't make sense to trust the Lord then.
