What's the Difference Between Focus and Automation?

Bin, britany: We're trying to work against something that's built into our brain. i'm goin to use automation to try and get around that foundational programming in my brain. And how did you get to that conclusion? And what are the steps you took once you did? It was back in grad school that i first discovered keyboard mistro.
