The Importance of Preventing a Crisis

I think they have got more understanding of the need for governments to do exceptional things and exceptional circumstances. But that's when you're talking about a real crisis. I just, I don't think so. Australia is has demonstrated a great capacity to deal with crises in the moment. But it has not demonstrated the same ability to deal with things before they become a crisis. That kind of slow moving build up of imbalances or whatever the hell. And so there are quite a number of those that you can see playing out in Australia or have been played out in Australia for some decades.
