The Challenges of Recruiting Volunteers

Finance wasn't at the top. What we had was volunteer and staffing. We should have played family fortunes with this. And, and you know, it's lovely to see that there's some encouraging signs of volunteers coming back. It is a sacrifice, but it is a light to sacrifice. I just think, yeah, how can I make the gospel? How can I point people towards the gospel in a way that then compels people to serve?
