The Importance of Exiting the Nation State

The author uses the term exit for a specific kind of project or set of projects. He says they are ways in which people now and also people in the past wanted to essentially escape the structure or constraints of the nation state within which they lived. Most things would be run through sort of market relations, private market relations, and the like. And that's why I call it libertarian exit is because of the market side of this or the contractual transactional side of it.
