I've never I'd never written a book before and this is project management one one by one on one. So what I did is I worked with the coach who has helped a lot of authors before. And he was really nice, so we had a few sessions in which he didn't charge me coaching sessions. But it really pays off if you invest some effort into the art of delivering - that's how companies use it but not so much the individual.
