The Correlation Between Running and Strength Training

Running was a way for you to keep training lower body outside of traditional strength training. There's injuries that people have when it comes to strength training outside of just a freakish accident. Poor load management, you just don't too much too soon. Same thing goes with running. If you run it without a good running technique, especially for a bigger dude like me, it's an easier way for us to get injured.
