There's a huge amount of overlap between what Lewis is talking about with James encounter of ransom, and what Charles Williams talks about in the figure of Beatrice. I was actually pondering this when you're talking about it. Andrew is a perfect example of contrary hearing, right? He's hearing the opposite of what there is to hear, which means basically he's in disobedience at that moment. And so he gets completely out of whack. But I, one of the things about that, he is strength that I love so much because like most of the hierarchy is important to understand right because they make decisions in terms of attention and obedience.
