How I Get Over Feeling Hurt

When there's been a wrong that i either have to be forgiving or apologize, i always look at how i showed up back then. What that means is that we can carry hurt around, because we are upset at ourselves in some way. And when we're upset at ourselves, whether we know it or not, consciously, it is helpful to say, you know what, i'm going to forgive self.
