The Sunk Cost Fallacy

In ancient human history, it wouldn't make sense for everybody to go handle the threat. There's something called the sunk cost fallacy. A nation builds an amount of inter structure that they can't maintain. The wise thing do would be to scrap that infr structure and build something more sustainable.
