The right to sex is not just a matter of getting the consent of others, he says. It's about rights that entitle someone to something from someone else and can be asserted at any point in their lives. The need for sex isn't as strenuous as needing shelter or water, so some sort of calibration will have to be done on how often it should be claimed by people with different sexual appetites than those who don't.
