The Importance of a Good Packaging System

OUX is all about figuring out what are those things, but what we don't do very well is making sure that the input. What's most and what should come first really is what is the stuff inside? Do they want orange juice or catch up? And you want to make it clear that this is orange juice and this is motor oil using design conventions. So if somebody's created a journey map, amazing, go with that. But then we're just trying to find out as much truth as we know, and then hopefully come up with a crap ton of questions.
