The Expected Return for Private Credit

Private credit tends to have high fees, so that's an eight point eight % gross. Hedge funds are extremely varied in their objectives and expected return profiles. Investors actually pay close to 50% in terms of incentive fees for a hedge fund. The behavior of both managers and investors is eroded by the high water mark provision offered by the fund.
