I think house prices have to cool off, but if you're looking at case sheller its not helpful for ricr. Part of it is because of what appears to be quite a cataclysmic energy disruption that's taking place globally. Some of the things i'm seeing coming out of europe, i'm just suffering from enormous cognitive dissonance. If your heating bills are up eight times on a previous year, the consumption coming out of those markets will absolutely collapse. I can't help but think the scale of these shifts as so big that we haven't taken and then you talked about the feds intervention in markets, and you pointed out nominal cetypes going tobwelel.
