The Importance of Feeling a Film
The final effect of the film is like a day or two days later where you're still feeling the echoes of it a little bit and to me that's the mark of a good film. Robert Eggers new film The Lighthouse has just highlighted how amazing our sense suspension of disbelief can be. I don't know whether it highlights how stupid we are or how sophisticated we are but somehow kind of get involved in that and think wow getting grossed out by this movie.
