Do You Know What to Look for When You're Interviewing?
A, i think they're very lock but a few things that come up, right? So one is um. I'm not a fan of the two on one and three on one and four on one interviews. That feels punitive to me. There are some companies that handle um candidates really badly. They get you in for an interview and they don't hear about it back for five weeks. The other one t that i think people are down on a lot is when they give you a really complicated assignment to do. A, if the folks you're interviewing with are in some way offensive or talk down to you, right?
