Is Meditation Good for ADD?
I think oftentimes people think of ADHD as like, maybe flighty or like, you can't focus on one thing. But then sometimes it's the complete opposite. I'm very passionate about the things that I'm passionate about. And I really enjoy diving into that like flow state. Like a lot of us struggle with being overstimulated. So the idea of, I mean, meditation is very good for people with ADD.
