Retail Sales - The Fastest Annual Growth Since April of 2021
The annual pace of growth in retail sales to 16 point five %, the fastest annual rate since april of 20 21. Spending across retail categories was also active in july, especially in discretionary areas. Capacity utilization rose to 86 point seven, the highest on record and well above the long term average. O productivity is is improving. Looking at capital expenditure, now we saw new private capital expenditure grew strongly in the 20 21 22 financial year.
