Google's Lawsuit Against Open AI for Collecting Data From Millions of Users Without Any Form of Consent and Violating Copyright
A lobbying group representing apple google meta twitter and a lot of others which are all known for collecting usa data says that the us needs big changes in the surveillance laws. Some eu parliament members also say that there are no meaningful safeguards against the typical us surveillance. From what i can see many changes apart from the ability for eu citizens to say hey would you please delete my data and having no real proof that it's been done or this data hasn't been passed on to any other governmental body before.
