The Benefits of Strength Training for Athletes
The ideal scenario is that for athletes, we're actually going above bodyweight loads with their strength so that they have sufficient capacity. You do need to be incredibly strong for some of our athletic activities. But you know, strength training is great for all of us. And often if you can get them there, they tend to love it and they'll stay. There's a lot of benefits on our musculoskeletal system during strength training. So I do appreciate it's not for everyone.
