The photon light therapy is 8% red light therapy, but mostly it's near for red. Being healthy from without means being healthy from within. The outcomes are measured by sweating out one to two pounds of water and raising core temperature by three degrees Fahrenheit. If you use sauna one day a week, your risk of dying of all things goes down like 30 to 40%. But interestingly, if you use saunas three times a week,your risk goes down another 30 or 40%.
