For a long time, the Arctic was not even important to Canada. The commodity cycle and Russian flight planting at the North Pole re-peaked their interest. Russia is making a lot of moves in the Arctic to develop it. And so they have a new strategy as of last October. They're creating a new Arctic Ambassador rule. Mike Sreg is going through the nomination process. So they're making so many moves while Canada has been standing still for about 10 years.
