Is There Any Kind Advice for Women?
I think that I would just encourage all of us no matter where we are and what we're doing in our life to be kind to myself. We are often very very hard on ourselves but it's a really beautiful thing because we want to hold ourselves to standards. Your voice as a woman belongs in the room just as much as the men in the room, you can take up space every single person is allowed to say what they need to say. You don't know too many people in my life or in my own personal experience when I have shrunk back when I have not spoken when I really really felt like I should I often regretted not doing it.
