I feel that there's a version of doughnuts everywhere around the world, you know? But I will say that I kind of started sort of the face of my career making doughnuts. The ones that we make, the guava and cheese, was one of the first that I knew I had to have. It's filled with a cream cheese filling guava glaze, and then it has a brown butter walnut topping.
