Aspasia was a lover of the famous sculptor Praxitalis. She is said to have been the model for his Aphrodite of Kinitos, which was the first nude statue of a woman from ancient Greece. The best known event in Friti's life though is her legal trial. Her name has been found inscribed on a lead-curse tablet.
