Is Suboxone Really Effective for Chronic Pain?
Randy Dole who invented the methadone program. He had grave misgivings about the program as it was deployed. But there's this weird axiomatic sort of thinking in policy makers, which is that we need to come up with a pharmaceutical treatment for this drug problem. It's all there will never be a non-addictive opiate. Although Suboxone has lots of use. I don't want to vilify Suboxone. You mentioned it from chronic pain. It could be really good.
