What's the Most Important Thing in UX Research?
Innovative is the most important thing you can do as a researcher. Actionable details are much more important to go into actionable details. So that means if I'm looking at the product and it does X, Y, and Z, in my brief, or sorry, in the deck, I can say that this is the mostimportant thing that this needs to do. The user needs to be able to find the booking button has to feel engaged by ordering those two things.
