The Importance of Voter Competence

I don't think it's like the question here is, can we come up with a perfect sort of epistocracy and compare that. For me, it is just, well, epistocracy is going to be biased and abused and democracy as well. There are some versions of apostocracy that have built-in mechanisms to kind of correct for this. But still, there's a reason to think that that might still lead to a higher level of information than just allowing everybody to vote.
