Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria

Rejection sensitivity dysphoria is a term used in the ADHD community of individuals that really feel this pain around sort of being rejected and it can really plummet their mood. People with BPD also, I noticed is one differentiating factor are like grudges against people who have betrayed them or even if someone has actually betrayed them. And so when you're talking about BHD, someone might comment on something that people could objectively agree upon to be like, yes, that kid in the playground did say that or yes, your boss did say that. So they need help regulating that with BPD as well.
