Greg Abbott's Floating Border Wall

Greg Abbott is proposing a floating border wall along the US-Mexico border. The barrier would be made up of giant buoys and four feet of netting to prevent people from swimming under it. Mariana Travina Wright, known as the butterfly lady on Twitter, also joins us for this week's podcast.
