The Importance of Dreams

Dreams are thought to be a recollection of different sort of, I guess, fragments or little snips of what happened during the day. It's almost like your brain is reliving those events but he's putting them together wrong. If you begin dreaming as soon as you fall asleep, your dreams are actually more similar to what the events were really during theday. But as you go deep here into your sleep of night, memories become a little bit more fragmented and they're a little bitMore piecemeal compared to what actually really happened.
