The first thing we do as an employer is hire people that believe what we believe, so that means entegrity in all things. We have monthly one ot one meetings that we call fact books. And then we do an atom o surveys once a week that are different questions for we or we dig into those types of things. One of the number one things you can ask as an employers is team ae, not promoter score. Not kinds in tens, seven and eights but scores on a scale of tera at least 70.
