The Importance of Staying Alive

If you knew that in one year, you would die suddenly down to the minute. Would you change anything about the way you were now living and why? And so this is a silly question to me. My entire life right now is built on the fact that I'm not going to die this year. We all have to behave that way. You have to because otherwise your existence is whatever this question is implying.
