Is There a Hormone in the Follacle?

The female reproductive system is far from an inert machine with a regular procedure to carry out. It is incredibly delicate, intuitive, responsive, and, dare i say it, intelligent. And it's also determined. We said at the beginning of the episode, that women are born with all the eggs they are ever going to have. The egg gets released. You can feel it. Can feel when it happens. And i think that's really extraordinary. A little hearing that the philopian tubes can move around and collect eggs where and when they are needed says it all for me.
