The Increase in Missing Lots and Lots of School
Pupils who are not at a registration session will be marked off as absent. Anyone who is there will be marked as present. And then the school will change the register mark from just absent to a reason code that lets the school know how many pupils are off. Broadly, it's everyone missing a little bit more, although there is an increase in pupils who've missed a lot,. But we've seen a bigger increase in pupils missing lots and lots of school.
