The Problem With Exogamous Marriages
"There are two ways to think about the LGBTQ community right. One is if you think about it in the special marriage act sense we say you know what this is one other kind of exogamous marriage," he says. "The easier task would be not to see the LGBT community or the queer community as a separate group outside the issue of personal law but there is no reason why the personal law of the same two queer people cannot carry on applying", she adds.
