Remington Guns - The Case of Rich Barber
A federal judge has approved what is being called a landmark settlement with the gun maker remington. Some seven point five million guns were declared defective. Under the ruling, Reming gun owners will be able to have faulty triggers replaced free of charge. By january 20, seventeenth, only 19 thousand out of 7 and a half million qualified remington customers had filed claims. That's about one quarter of one %. Many were left unsatisfied.
