Real estate asking prices are dropping across new zealand. The hardest hit so far seems to be town houses at the periphery of the greater ronto area. How much down looks like, between 15 and 20% depending on location. Are other types of properties dropping in value? Other than suburbs, distance from the toronto corps, there seems to be no clear pattern.
