Texas senator john carnon, the leader republican negotiator, told c n n tonight that he managed to see some of the house testimony. Senator cornan said he understands their concerns, says his goal is saving lives,. but added nobody knows exactly what we're going to do, including me. The bill includes several provisions that are not going to be included in those senate negotiations. Instead, senators are looking at seven billion dollars for more mental health funding.
