The Importance of Expertise in the Middle Class
In an experiment, MIT researchers found that AI helped the least skilled and accomplished workers the most. The average time spent on the task fell from 20 minutes to about 12 minutes using a chat bot. Expertise is what makes differentiates labor; without expertise, we're all waiting tables in some sense, right? If you're not expert, you're not going to be able to do it.
