Sky jacking was a popular form of resistance for quite some time in the 60s into the early 1970s. Eldridge Cleaver went to Cuba, Robert F. Williams went to Cuba,. Huey Newton went to Cuba; it wasn't just black or new African revolutionaries who were going to Cuba. It actually was such a stress on Cuba and the U.S. at a particular time that that's one of the few things where they actually try to come up with some sort of resolution against it.
