The Impact of Asset Freezes on Russian Banks

Russia has turned an entire population or the entire population of Western Ukraine against them so even if Ukraine's conventional defenses are not able to withstand the Russian onslaught for more than a couple weeks maximum you can have an ongoing insurgency in Ukraine indefinitely. Russia is going to be looking for somebody that can command some level of legitimacy and respect in Ukraine and that is not going to run a foul of Russia's interests it's going to be very difficult.
