The Benefits of Morning Light

If you get light in your eyes in the morning, I think it's within 60 minutes after waking up. And as a result, 12 hours later, your body will then start producing melatonin. Melatonin is the hormone that you need in order to feel sleepy and sleep well. If you ever travel to another time zone, one of the best hacks to sort of get onto that time zone is to get that morning light. It really helps you have that cycle, wake up, be productive, kind of a nice day, and then the night come not feel like you have insomnia or our own table to fall asleep with.
