Recruiting Life Hacks - Authenticity Matters

I think the hardest part is recognizing as a leader that like authenticity matters I think one of my recruiting life hacks is being authentic in interviews. As a recruiter at the company I am who I am on an interview and I'm actually think it's a great outcome of someone's like oh wow this guy's a asshole I don't want to work with him I'll wait six months later once they're okay no fair enough fair enoughYeah so yeah I don't think I'm an asshole but like I'm gonna be I'm gonna have practiced radical candor in my first interview right? So if you weird and you don't like it great don't choose to work here or not
