Is It a Result of Women Going Back to Work?
Joint mortgages, the fact that you now have two incomes commuting for the same product with housing that everyone wants has made it more difficult for people to live on single incomes. Women having separate sources of income and want to escape an abusive marriage is clearly advantageous. The fact that women are more agreeable than men is actually great in a service economy,. And increasing, I'd say that office culture and all sorts of corporate culture is increasingly feminine.
