How to Reduce Stress in the Office?

i back into the office. We've got hybrid working and not all communication gets through on the same level. A control measure has been put in place that once a month there is a stand up in an office to say, these are the up dates that have come through vir the communication channels. So that enables engagement from ups to sea sweet throughout the office. But then also reinforcement of communications that it may have been missed to better manage that change. And i knowt others have used a red card or a green card to alert when there'si an the work loadis too much.
