Aren't Neptune Missiles Used in Conflict?

How often, or how recently, have neptune missiles actually been used in conflict? Can anybody answer that? Because i don't know how you could stop em. Apparently russia, their flagship didn't have any counter measures,. And that feels like the right answer, doesn't it? Falkland was an exoset. But aren't these types of missiles kind of really likely to hit where you aim em, and they're hard to stop? You mean, compared to, i think, yet et.?
